Please note, if you are new to directing we will encourage you to have first assistant directed, and to attend a short workshop with an experienced MTG director, and name a mentor from the MTG pool of directors. Persons with experience in directing in other venues,  will work closely with an MTG liaison. All directors must choose an assistant director. Sometimes life has other plans and you may need a backup.  At MTG, the show must go on!
