• ​​After purchasing your tickets online or by phone, you will receive an email or text from Ludus.com, confirming your purchase. Either print the confirmation or save it on your phone to show proof of purchase at the Will-Call Table when you arrive at MTG.
• If ordering printed tickets, they are printed by Ludus and come directly to the address entered in checkout. 
• Please, alert MTG staff prior to the performance date if a patron using the handicap seating will arrive by wheelchair, by calling (608) 325-1111. 
• For the health and safety of the cast and all of our patrons, masks are encouraged at all MTG performances.​​
• Please arrive no less than 10 minutes prior to the start of the performance.
